Calendar journal girlz 2009 Lisa T-M's book

this is the first page. it is a single. the january page backed up on the left side, so this one is all by itself. it does not mesh with the page Lisa did as her last january page, but for myself, i want people to use their own style in my book, not to try to make their work look like mine, so following that wisdom, that is what i did.

i painted the page gray and then wadded up some wax paper and dipped it in some black paint and pounced it on the page. i really really like this page.

it is always nice when i end up liking what i did in someone else's book.

it is also always nice when i document the work i have done at the time i get it done rather than only posting once every three or four months and not being able to remember whose book the work is in or anything else about the work.
